At The Great Coffee Project, we are committed to delivering fresh products and unique merchandise to your doorstep with utmost efficiency and care.
1. Coffee, Tea, and Candles:
Our coffee is never pulled from a shelf and shipped. We believe in providing you with the freshest brew, so your coffee is roasted 3-5 business days after you place your order. Shipping for our coffee, tea, and candles is charged at a flat rate of $6.50 for the first item. Each additional item in this categories will be charged at $1.50.
Once your coffee is roasted, we print the shipping label and typically, the package is picked up by USPS on the next business day. For one package, we ship via USPS 1st Class, and for 2-8 packages, we ship via USPS Priority Mail. All orders are shipped from our roasting facility in California.
When your shipping label is printed, you will receive a tracking number. Please note that it will show as pre-shipment status until the USPS picks it up on the next business day. You can refer to the USPS website for their published shipping times.
2. Print-On-Demand Merchandise:
We're delighted to offer FREE shipping on all our print-on-demand merchandise. These unique designs will be delivered directly to your home without any shipping fees!
Please note that the two shipping rates cannot be combined. Coffee, tea, and candle purchases will be charged as per their rate, and print-on-demand merchandise will ship separately at no charge.
